Incredible archive of classical music with conductor’s notes from the Philharmonic’s conductors over the years including Bernstein, Mahler, Toscanini and others.

IMSLP – Petrucci Music Library
Excellent archive of public domain materials in classical music and opera including scores, parts, and recordings.

YouTube
Many scores have been scanned and published to YouTube.  Look up ‘scrolling score’ with the name of the composer.

Boosey and Hawkes
This primarily commercial site offers free viewing of some contemporary orchestral scores, as well as purchasing full scores.  The site also has some excellent video interviews with composers.
